As an interactive and curious therapist, I want to really hear your life stories and the narratives that shape your perception of self and general worldview. My process focuses on identifying patterns, connecting the important dots, and facilitating a collaboration of change that will nurture reformed and refreshing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we aim to establish a process that both recognizes your goals and reimagines your relationship with yourself. In working with me, you will understand the ‘why’ behind your challenges and unknowns, and the ‘how’ in moving forward.
Who’s a Good Fit?
I work best with individuals who are navigating major life transitions, seeking clarity in their life, or processing past traumas that cause stress, anxiety, depression, and feelings of being stuck. In my experience as a university Director of Academic Resources and previously a Success Coach, I am psychoanalytical, and emotional and solution-focused.
